Groups & Work-shops

Food habits are driven in many ways by community - the people around us can be a positive or negative force. Our groups and work-shops are intended to bring us together in a positive way, with peer support and learning from each other, as well as guidance from a registered dietitian nutritionist. Groups can also be a way for family members, friends or co-workers to attend and learn more about nutrition together.
