Medical Nutrition Therapy

Referrals from Providers Welcomed

Medical nutrition therapy (MNT) is individualized, evidence-based nutrition care provided by a registered dietitian nutritionist to prevent, manage, and treat medical conditions.

MNT uses therapeutic counseling and education around food and health habits to address conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, gastrointestinal disorders, and metabolic disorders. By integrating clinical goals with personal preferences, cultural considerations, and medication interactions, MNT can help to improve outcomes like blood glucose control, lipid profiles, blood pressure, symptom management, and quality of life.

MNT complements medical treatment plans and supports long-term health through measurable, practical nutrition strategies. If you have a referral for MNT from your provider or you are a provider looking to refer your patients/clients, contact us below so we can walk you through the referral process.

Individual Nutrition Counseling

In-person or Virtual Appointments

Individual nutrition counseling provides personalized guidance tailored to your unique needs and goals around nutrition and health. Working one-on-one with a registered dietitian nutritionist, you may be seen for medical nutrition therapy to treat a condition, or preventative health counseling around nutrition-related health risks.

You’ll receive a comprehensive assessment and behavior-focused support to address concerns. Sessions prioritize realistic, sustainable changes—translated into doable steps, with respect for personal choice —while monitoring progress and adjusting plans as your needs evolve.

Whether you seek targeted medical nutrition therapy or everyday improvements, individualized counseling empowers you with knowledge and a clear path toward better health. Measuring progress will be centered on how you feel in your body and not defined simply by clinical data.
