Looking for help with a plant-based diet?

Plant-based diets are a specialized area we can assist you with to meet your nutrition needs, including thoughtfully incorporating plant-based choices alongside other dietary requirements. If you already follow a vegetarian or vegan diet, or are considering a shift toward a more plant-focused way of eating, consulting a dietitian with personal expertise and practical experience in plant-based nutrition can help ensure the counseling you receive aligns with your individual health goals, lifestyle, and values.

Insurance Coverage

Nutrition counseling is covered by many insurances, though it may depend on your medical history and what condition you are seeking to prevent or treat with nutrition therapy. This may require sharing information with your medical provider to obtain your health history and medical diagnoses to meet insurance requirements. It is important that you understand your individual coverage, which we can help guide you how to check with your insurance company.

We are currently in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Curative, First Choice, Lifewise, Medicare, Molina, and Premera Blue Cross.

While we cannot guarantee what your insurance will ultimately cover and reimburse for, we will try to help in any way we can and provide clear information regarding rendered services for you to submit to your insurance. If we are out-of-network with your insurance, we will happily provide you with a super bill that you can use to request your insurance to reimburse you for nutrition counseling services.
